Regular Exercise

Physical activity gets your body in top baby-making shape by helping you sleep better and maintain a healthy weight. We'll coach you through incorporating a moderate-intensity exercise routine you can stick with.

Stress Management

Reducing stress and anxiety can increase the likelihood of natural conception. We'll guide you with the proper tools to manage stress through breathwork, mediation and other relaxation techniques.

Just taking prenatal vitamins is not enough

Preconception health is about getting your body in a healthy state before getting pregnant. It's about eating nutritious foods, exercising and living well.

Maintaining a healthy diet

Following a healthy diet before trying to conceive can boost your fertility. Your body needs essential nutrients from vegetables, antioxidant-rich foods, and healthy fats, while also removing processed foods, vegetable oils and refined sugars from your diet.

Staying physically active

Physical activity gets your body in shape for getting pregnant by improving sleep quality, reducing stress, and helping you maintain a healthy weight. Incorporating a moderate-intensity exercise routine is a necessary element to preconception health for women and men.

Taking care of your body

Smoking, using recreational drugs, excessive caffeine intake and alcohol consumption can inhibit your ability to conceive. It's also important to avoid toxic substances and to minimize the chemical load of everyday products that may cause inflammation.
